• GH Enterprise Return Policy

      1. Return Period
        You have 15 days from the date of confirmation to return products (with exceptions listed below). Refunds will cover only the product cost; delivery charges are non-refundable.
      2. Non-returnable/Exchangeable Products
        The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
      • Used or tampered products
      • Products damaged due to misuse or malfunction
      • Products sold in sets (cannot be returned individually)
      • Sale merchandise

      1. Return Deadline
        For all products, the return period is 15 daysfrom the date of delivery.
      2. Conditions for Return
      • Notify us within 15 days if you receive damaged or defective products or if the product differs significantly from your order.
      • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, including tags, labels, manuals, and all accompanying documents. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
      • Ensure return packages are adequately packed to prevent damage during transit.

      1. Defective Product Returns
        Contact our Customer Care if you receive a damaged or defective product. If verified, we will arrange a pickup and process your refund after a quality check (4-6 business days).
      2. Cancellation of Return Request
        You may cancel a return request by contacting Customer Service. If our logistics provider is on-site for pickup, inform them of your cancellation.
      3. Refusal of Return Request
        We reserve the right to refuse any return request. If denied, no refund will be issued.
      4. Frivolous Complaints
        We will take legal action against frivolous complaints, and you will bear any costs incurred.
      5. Return Shipping Process
        For self-initiated returns, you must provide proof of delivery to us. If returns are managed by us, hand over the product during pickup; failure to do so may delay processing.
      6. Discrepancy in Return Status
        If there's a discrepancy regarding your return status, you must provide proof of return for a refund to be processed.
      7. Order Cancellation Policy
        You may cancel your order before shipment. No cancellations are allowed afterward. Notifications will be sent for accepted cancellations.
      8. Refund Policy
        Refunds will be issued according to the return/cancellation policy. Details are as follows:
      • Cancellations before shipment: Full refund.
      • Returns within 15 days: Refund of the product cost only.
      • Defective product returns: Full refund including delivery charges upon verification.

      1. Refund Timing
        Refunds are typically processed within 1-6 business days after product quality checks.
      2. Mode of Refund
        Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this is unavailable, refunds may be issued via cheque or NEFT, depending on discretion.
      3. Terminated Payment Method
        If the original payment method is no longer valid, refunds will be processed via NEFT based on the account details you provide.
